A. SHIPPING COSTS We offer a Flat Rate of $10.00 for all orders shipped within the United States.

B. DELIVERY TIME, PROCESSING AND ORDER CUT OFF Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (CST - Central Standard Time, Texas) Handling and Processing Time: 2 to 3 Business Days (Monday to Friday) Transit and Shipping Time: 3 to 5 Business Days (Monday to Friday) Total Estimated Delivery Time: 5 to 8 Business Days.

C. DELIVERY TERMS We primarily ship orders using reliable carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure safe delivery.

D. ADDRESS CHANGE The delivery address cannot be changed once the shipment is in transit. If you need to change the delivery location, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at support@saintinyapparel.com.

E. CANCELLATIONS If you wish to cancel your order, we accept cancellations at any time before the order has been shipped. If the order has already been dispatched, please refer to our Refund and Return Policy.

F. DAMAGED PACKAGES IN TRANSIT If you notice a package is damaged during transit, please refuse the delivery if possible and contact our customer service immediately. If the package was delivered while you were not present, please contact us to discuss the next steps.
